Ultimate (R-flor)


STRUCTAflor Ultimate is an advanced particleboard flooring solution that combines functionality and protection. Featuring a foil laminated underside, STRUCTAflor Ultimate is designed to significantly reduce radiative heat transfer across suspended timber floors. The metallised foil surface, known for its low emittance and high reflectance, significantly reduces the radiative heat transfer across a suspended timber floor.


STRUCTAflor Ultimate reduces moisture uptake, with 80% less moisture penetration through the bottom surface, which leads to better overall performance of the subfloor and floor coverings. This reduction in moisture also means a significantly lower risk of expansion, cupping, mould growth potential and other moisture-related problems when installing timber floor coverings.


  • Increased Bushfire Attack Level rating (BAL29): compared to normal particleboard flooring
  • Increased System R Value (Insulation): compared to normal STRUCTAflor YELLOWtongue flooring
  • Easy Identification: Distinctive metalised foil layer on the underside
  • H2 Level Treatment: Deemed to be a termite resistant building material under the Building Code of Australia and AS 3660.1
  • Versatility: Available in 19mm YELLOWtongue, and 22mm REDtongue
